The University of Bedfordshire and 7Safe have partnered to offer a Masters in Computer Security & Forensics. To be awarded this MSc, delegates are required to attend seven training courses, pass the accompanying CSTA, CSTP, CWSA, CFIP, CMI, CSIS and CIIP examinations and successfully complete written assignments. The assignments reflect the content of the courses and are marked by the University.

Delegates are also required to complete a written Independent Study Module and an MSc project (thesis). The diagram below shows the courses delegates will need to successfully complete and the resulting qualifications they will be awarded:

MSc - Master of Science in Computer Security and Forensics CSTA CWSA CSTP CFIP CMI CIIP CSIS

To earn the CSTA, CSTP, CWSA, CFIP, CMI, CSIS or CIIP certificate, delegates are required to attend the relevant training course and successfully complete an examination.

The pass mark for the CSTA, CSTP, CWSA, CFIP, CMI, CSIS and CIIP examinations is 50%. Exam marks between 65% and 79% attract a merit grade, with marks 80%+ achieving distinction.
